There are numerous admin costs involved in organizing travel meetups. As such, a nominal fee is set. This fee allows us to maintain the multiple platforms that are needed. Plus, it enables the International Travel & Travel Dreamers group and Global Travel Group to regularly offer high value discussions with travel experts from around the world. Also, from seven years of holding Meetup events, we have learned that charging a small fee helps reduce no shows. Having people turn up is important for our speakers and venues.
