Traveler Social – NE Portland, OR

Let’s meetup and chat about travel – past trips and future adventures. The monthly Traveler Socials draw world travelers as well as travel dreamers. It is a casual event open to all. A fun way to share travel stories, ask questions when planning trips, and to gain inspiration from each other. If you enjoy chatting about travel near and far, this is the event to come to.

This in-person gathering will be at an outdoor covered/heated patio in NE Portland (Mississippi Area). Brewery offers full menu of food and beers. Please plan to support the venue by purchasing a food and/or drink (alcoholic or non). We will be gathering rain or shine (venue is covered). The patio has heaters but still best to bring a coat! There is free parking in the area as well as being on Bus route 4.

The exact location will be shared with people that get a ticket to attend. We will be following Oregon Covid protocols as well as any set by the venue. Currently they require a mask to enter and order. That may include limiting numbers, masking, and social distancing.

This Traveler Social is FREE for passholders. To attend, simply claim your free ticket below. Not a passholder, yet? Individual tickets are only $3 per person.

We do ask that you honor the ticket RSVP system. Refunds will only be made if the entire event is cancelled. Therefore, if you get a ticket, please plan to attend. Having an accurate ticket count helps us to know how big of an area to reserve. Plus, during these times with Covid restrictions, we have to limit attendance in order to help manage social distancing.

Please do not come if you have any current Covid symptoms. We cannot guarantee that all attendees will be vaccinated–organizers are. On the day, we will be following Oregon Covid protocols. Please be prepared and willing to follow guidelines such as wearing masks and social distancing.

By registering for this event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this event, you and any of your guests assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19 and agree not to hold Wild Spirit Travel, Shyla or Dan Bare, or event volunteers liable for any illness, sickness, hospitalization, or injury that may arise from the event.

Photos taken at the event may be used by Shyla & Dan Bare, or Wild Spirit Travel, in social media, websites, or print. They may promote future meetups, travel talks/classes, the Global Traveler Pass, or general Wild Spirit Travel activities. By attending the event, you give consent to be in photos.
